Availability and Lead Times
Items marked as in stock, will be promptly dispatched from our warehouses in Munich, Miami, or Switzerland, depending on product availability.
Products marked with an estimated delivery time will be ordered from the manufacturer upon your order placement. Please note that delivery times listed on our site may vary from the confirmed delivery time.
Once your order is placed, we will send a confirmation of the delivery date within 3 days.
If a lead time is not indicated for your desired product, you can request a quote, and we will promptly provide you with our best possible offer.
Shipping and Delivery
We use FedEx and DHL for parcels, and for bigger items or consolidated shipments, we may use Schenker.
You may choose pick-up if you want to use your own freight forwarder or coordinate the shipment to your destination with our team.
Local duties and taxes are not included in the prices and depending on your country, you may need to pay these.
All our shipments are based on the Incoterm 2020 CPT - Carriage Paid To.
Some products may require a special packaging and shipping if they are dangerous goods according to IATA regulations. Additional costs may occur and we will inform you prior to dispatching the products.
If your destination country requires special documentation for your purchase, please inform us and we will gladly assist you.
We do not ship to countries that are Embargoed. If we identify any misuse or fraud attempt, we will cancel your order with a 20% fee.
Payment
Payments can be safely done through most credit cards, pre-payment through bank transfers, or by invoice. Invoices are available for recurring customers and only upon approval by our team.

Warranty
All items have the standard factory warranty.
Items sold as "in stock" are as-is and have no factory warranty on them. If the item you purchased has an issue when received, please contact us and we will help you solve it.
